The blood tests are taken 1–4 times a year at one of Loovi's 80+ sampling centers, depending on the program. For those who want to optimize their training results, physical tests are included.

Once the blood analysis is complete, a digital meeting is scheduled with your doctor who helps you interpret the test results and answers questions about your health.
